WDR45L, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human WDR45L peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00056270K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
This gene encodes a member of the WIPI or SVP1 family of WD40 repeat-containing proteins. The protein contains seven WD40 repeats that are thought to fold into a beta-propeller structure that mediates protein-protein interactions, and a conserved motif for interaction with phospholipids. The human genome contains several pseudogenes of this gene. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
