ZFP36L2, Rabbit, Monoclonal Antibody, Abnova™
Rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against a human ZFP36L2 peptide using ARM Technology.
Supplier: Abnova Corporation H00000678K
Includes: Up to three rabbit IgG clones of 1mg each will be delivered to customer.
Description
This gene is a member of the TIS11 family of early response genes. Family members are induced by various agonists such as the phorbol ester TPA and the polypeptide mitogen EGF. The encoded protein contains a distinguishing putative zinc finger domain with a repeating cys-his motif. This putative nuclear transcription factor most likely functions in regulating the response to growth factors. [provided by RefSeq
Library Construction: Nonfusion antibody library from rabbit spleen (ARM Technology)Expression: Overexpression vector and transfection into 293H cell line
