Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human HEK293 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human SH-SY5Y whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat lung tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse lung tissue. IHC: human lymphoma tissue, human breast cancer tissue, human liver cancer tissue, human stomach cancer tissue. ICC/IF: PC-3 cell. Flow: 293T cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Adaptins are components of the adaptor complexes which link clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles. Clathrin-associated protein complexes are believed to interact with the cytoplasmic tails of membrane proteins, leading to their selection and concentration. Alpha adaptin is a subunit of the plasma membrane adaptor. It binds polyphosphoinositides.
