BD CBA assays provide a method of capturing a soluble analyte or set of analytes with beads of known size and fluorescence, making it possible to detect analytes using flow cytometry.

  • Can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-5 (IL-5), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) protein levels in a single sample
  • Detection reagent provided is a mixture of phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibodies, which provides a fluorescent signal in proportion to the amount of bound analyte
  • Provides sufficient reagents for analysis of 80 samples
