BD CBA assays provide a method of capturing a soluble analyte or set of analytes with beads of known size and fluorescence, making it possible to detect analytes using flow cytometry.

  • Can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-5 (IL-5), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) protein levels in a single sample
  • Antibodies are human-specific and the standards are recombinant human proteins
  • Antibodies are cross-reactive with non-human primate cytokines
  • Kit uses recombinant human proteins and human-specific antibodies for the measurement of NHP proteins, but measured relative values are reported in pg/mL
  • Provides sufficient reagents for 80 tests
