For detecting human macrophage inflammatory proteins

The BD CBA Human MIP-1β Flex Set is a bead-based immunoassay capable of measuring human macrophage inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1β), also known as CCL4, in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. Human reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Human MIP-1β Flex Set.

  • Bead position: E4
  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
  • Must be used in conjunction with a BD CBA Human Soluble Protein Master Buffer Kit, flow cytometer, FCAP Array™ Software
