A 1:1,000 dilution of PA5-77774 was sufficient for detection of Beclin2 on rat liver lysates using Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.∣Predicted molecular weight at approximately 48.1kDa. Observed bands in the 50-55kDa range, varied by lysates.
