  • For red and white blood cells, tissue culture cells, HELA cells, and cells having a low-to-medium resistance to breakage
  • Consist of a coupler and stepped tip; screw directly into converter
  • Have a lower amplitude than tapered tips, but can reach into smaller dismeter vessels of greater depth
  • Process solutions down to 0.5mL
Tapered Microtips
  • For processing spores, fungi, yeast, muscle and connective tissue
  • Screw into standard 0.5 in. step horns with tapped ends
