Test Specificity Detects C. botulinum BoNT-E Light Chain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with rBoNT-B LC is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rBoNT-C HCR and rBoNT-D HCR is observed.
