In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse C1rLP is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) C1R, rhC1S, and rhMASP-3 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
