Invitrogen™ C9orf126 Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ PA5143759
Description
The antibody detects a significant 66 kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of SCAI on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse brain and human A431 cells. In brain, the antibody also detects 53 and 41 kDa bands.
This gene encodes a regulator of cell migration. The encoded protein appears to function in the RhoA (ras homolog gene family, member A)-Dia1 (diaphanous homolog 1) signal transduction pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
