NB100-65039 reacts with C. jejuni type 1 (K807, K858, K634), C. coli, C. hyointestinalis, C. lardis, C. jejuni type 2. It cross reacts with S. aureus and weakly with P. fluorescens. NB100-65039 reacts with a soluble excreted antigen in EIA. This antibody is unaffected by frozen storage of specimens, unlike antibodies to flagellar antigens which require fresh cultured organisms. |
