In direct ELISAs, less than 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IFN-gamma is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IFN-gamma , recombinant rhesus macaque IFN-gamma , recombinant mouse IFN-gamma , and recombinant rat IFN-gamma is observed.
