Test Specificity Detects canine IL-12 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-12 p35/p40 and recombinant feline IL-12 p35/p40 is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-12 p35/p40 is observed.
