Description

With quick connect and parachute buckles

  • Used as component of personal fall arrest system (arresting force must not exceed 1800 lbs. (8kN), for work positioning system to support user at work position, for climbing, rescue, controlled descent application and restraint system
  • Designed for use by persons with combined weight (clothing, tools etc.) of no more than 352 lb. (160kg)
  • Personal free fall system must be rigged to limit free fall to 6 ft., 2 ft. (work positioning) and 18 in. (climbing)
  • Connectors (hooks, carabiners, and D-rings) must be capable of supporting at least 5000 lb. (22.2kN)
  • X-shape wih wrap around no-tangle design
  • Breathable dri-lex lining with polyester webbing
  • Ergonomically designed shoulder, hip and leg padding
  • With chest, shoulder and leg straps
  • Fire resistant hook and loop fasteners

Positioning of D-Rings

  • D-ring or attachment element is present on back, between shoulder blades
  • Side D-rings for positioning or restraint applications only
  • Front D-ring is for ladder climbing and not used positioning
  • For rescue, back or front D-rings may be used
  • D-rings on seat sling are for work positioning or personnel riding
