Invitrogen™ Caveolin 1 Monoclonal Antibody (7C8)

Description
MA1-40241 detects Caveolin-1 from rat samples. MA1-40241 recognizes caveolin-1 alpha as well as caveolin-1 beta, which are present in many tissues, like aorta, heart, muscle, lung, adipose white, brown and epidydimal fat. MA1-40241 can be used to immuno-isolate caveolae. MA1-40241 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and Western blot applications. The MA1-40241 immunogen is rat caveolin. Positive control: Adipocytes (3T3-L1 adipocytes); Negative control: Cytoplasmic extracts of adipocytes.
