Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA1-80055 recognizes Tn antigen on glycophorin A and glycophorin B in human erythrocytes. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is breast carcinoma.

Tn, recently designated CD175, is a cryptantigen associated with polyagglutination. It is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells.
