Shop All BD Biosciences ProductsDescription
The OX-108 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to CD200R which is also known as OX2 receptor 1 (OX2R) or MOX2 receptor (MOX2R). CD200R is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is encoded by CD200R1 (CD200 receptor 1) and belongs to the C2-set domain containing gene family within the Ig superfamily. CD200R functions as an inhibitory receptor when bound by its ligand, CD200. CD200R is expressed by hematopoietic cells including monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, neutrophils, basophils, most T cells and mast cells. CD200R signaling may regulate the functions of various types of leucocytes.
