Obtain accurate and reproducible results in immunohistochemistry experiments with Epredia™ CD30 (Reed-Sternberg Cell Marker) Ab-1, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.
Supplier: Epredia™ MS361S0
Description
CD30, a single chain glycoprotein, is synthesized as a 90 kDa precursor which is processed in the Golgi complex into a membrane-bound phosphorylated mature 105/120kDa glycoprotein. The CD30/Ki-1 antigen is expressed by mononuclear Hodgkin and multinucleated Reed-Sternberg cells in Hodgkin's disease, by the tumor cells of a majority of anaplastic large cell lymphomas, and by a varying proportion of activated T and B cells.Host Species: Mouse
Clone: Ber-H2
Isotype: IgG1/κ
Species Reactivity: Human. Does not react with baboon and monkey. Others not known.
Epitope: Not determined
Immunogen: Co cells
Molecular Weight: 120 kDa (mature), 95 kDa (precursor)
Positive Control: Hodgkin's lymphoma
Cellular Localization: Membrane and cytoplasm
Recommended for:
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin)
