Invitrogen™ CD38 Monoclonal Antibody (5C5C3)

Description
By Western blot, MA1-182 detects a band at ~45kD, which likely represents the glycosylated form of CD38. Different lysis buffers can be used to prepare lysates for Western blot with MA1-182, but depending on the level of CD38 expression, it may be necessary to use a membrane extraction buffer (e.g. Mem-PER Plus Membrane Protein Extraction Kit, Product # 89842).
