Description
MA5-16802 is suitable for use a negative control for measurement of non-specific binding of mouse monoclonals of isotype IgG1 in rat tissue in a dual labelling technique using FITC and R-Phycoerythrin fluorochromes. This antibody contains a monoclonal mixture of FITC-conjugated Mouse IgG1 RPE-conjugated Mouse IgG1. Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human CD8:FITC/CD4:RPE Dual Color reeagent may be used to simultaneously to identify CD4 and CD8 positive cells. CD4, clone LT8 conjugated to FITC, is purified by ion exchange chromatography, and CD8, clone RPA-T4 conjugated to RPE, is prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G and then purified by gel-filtration to separate the unconjugated material.
