Invitrogen™ CD44v7 Monoclonal Antibody (VFF-9)

Description
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval using a sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for the staining of paraffin sections. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is skin. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human CD44v7 antibody, clone VFF-9 specifically recognizes an epitope encoded by exon v7 on the variant portion of human CD44.
