MA5-11605 targets CD57 in FACS, WB and IHC (P) applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-11605 immunogen is membrane extracts of the HSB-2 T lymphoblastoid cell line.

CD57, also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7, is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant present on a variety of polypeptides, lipids, and chondroitin sulphate proteoglycans. Its function is poorly understood. CD57 is expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
