Description
BMS140 is suitable as primary antibody for staining in FACS analysis. BMS140FI can be used for direct staining of cells. BMS140BT can be used in a two-step procedure using the biotin-(strept-)avidin system. Functional studies: BMS140 was found to block induction of apoptosis induced by clone SM1/1 or other commercial anti APO-1 antibodies. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the individual laboratory for each application. Applications Tested: Flow Cytometry. Purity: >95%. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
