Description

Recombinant full-length human CHK1 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. CHK1 was originally identified in fission yeast to play a role in activation of the DNA damage checkpoint in the G2 phase of the cell cycle.
