Description

Potent and selective G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) antagonist

CIMBA hydrochloride is a potent G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) antagonist (IC50 = 75 nM). In vivo, it prevents the formation of estrogen-induced cholesterol gallstones by inhibiting the GPER pathway in female ovariectomized mice.
