Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human U-87MG whole cell, human COLO-320 whole cell, human SW620 whole cell, human HEPG2 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, rat brain tissue, mouse brain tissue. IHC: human liver cancer tissue, human rectal cancer tissue, human renal cancer tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: Hela cell. Flow: A549 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Colonic and hepatic tumor over-expressed protein (ch-TOG) belongs to the TOG/XMAP215/Dis1 evolutionarily ancient family of microtubule-associated proteins with isoforms found in all major kingdoms of eukaryotes. This protein is required for the assembly and function of the meiotic or mitotic spindles during cell division and is localized to microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) during interphase or to the spindle poles and centrosomes during mitosis or cytokinesis.
