Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-11860 targets Clathrin Light Chain in IF, IHC (P), IP, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Bovine and Human samples. The MA5-11860 immunogen is synthetic peptide derived from bovine clathrin light chain corresponding to the conserved region of the light chains, residues 23-44.

Clathrin is the major protein of the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles. Two different adapter protein complexes link the clathrin lattice either to the plasma membrane or to the trans-Golgi network.
