Description

Selective P2Y12 antagonist

Selective, high affinity P2Y12 receptor antagonist (pKi = 6.9 for hP2Y12 receptor). Inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation; potent antithrombotic agent. Requires bioactivation, unlike PSB 0739 .

Active Enantiomer also available.
