Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human HEK293 whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, rat liver tissue, rat kidney tissue, mouse kidney tissue. IHC: human adnexal serous adenocarcinoma tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human colorectal cancer tissue. Flow: U20S cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

CMBL is a cysteine hydrolase of the dienelactone hydrolase family that is highly expressed in liver cytosol. CMBL preferentially cleaves cyclic esters, and it activates medoxomil-ester prodrugs in which the medoxomil moiety is linked to an oxygen atom.
