Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

GAU 020-03B-01 detects Complement factor H (β1H-globulin) in human samples. GAU 020-03B-01 has been successfully used in ELISA procedures. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL.

Factor H is a serum protein acting as an inhibitor in the complement activation system. I activates the C3/C5 convertase by dissociating its subunits and also acts as a cofactor for the enzyme activity of Factor I.
