Test Specificity Detects cotton rat CD4 in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CD4, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD4, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant canine CD4 and recombinant feline CD4 is observed.
