Test Specificity Detects cotton rat IL-1 alpha/IL-1F1 in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-1 alpha is observed, 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-1 alpha is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IL-1 alpha and recombinant human IL-1 alpha is observed.
Reconstitution Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
