Test Specificity Detect cotton rat IL-2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-2 and recombinant mouse IL-2 is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-2 and recombinant porcine IL-2 is observed.
