Invitrogen™ CTNNA3 Monoclonal Antibody (892_24D2S)

Description
MA1-06311 detects alphaT-catenin in human samples. MA1-06311 has sucessfully been used in Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry. By Western blotting, it detects a ~300 kDa protein representing alphaT-catenin. The MA1-06311 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues C V(164) A N K S D L Q K T Y Q K L(177) of the human T-catenin protein with N-term Cys, coupled to KLH.
