Description
Recommended positive controls: human spleen. Human CXCR1 reacts with CXCR1 transfected cells and not with the parent cell line by flow cytometry. Thw antibody shows no cross-reactivity with human CXCR2. Endotoxin level is less than 10 ng per mg antibody as determined by the LAL method.
