Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). This antibody has specificity for Human Cyclin A1/CCNA1.

Cyclins are regulatory subunits of the cyclin-dependent kinases (cdk's). They are expressed temporally to control transition at different specific phases of the cell cycle. In mammalian somatic cells, cyclin A is required for S-phase and passage through G2-phase.
