Description
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: rat small intestine tissue, mouse small intestine tissue. IHC: mouse intestine tissue, mouse cardiac muscle tissue, rat intestine tissue, human intestinal cancer tissue, human lung cancer tissue.
Cytoglobin is a ubiquitously expressed hexacoordinate hemoglobin that may facilitate diffusion of oxygen through tissues, scavenge nitric oxide or other reactive oxygen species, or serve a protective function during oxidative stress (Trent and Hargrove, 2002).
