Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human Sw620 whole cell, human Raji whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human Jurkat whole cell, rat PC-12 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell. Flow: Hela cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This gene encodes a member of the DEAD box protein family. The protein is an RNA helicase found in P-bodies and stress granules, and functions in translation suppression and mRNA degradation. It is required for microRNA-induced gene silencing.
