Test Specificity	Clone 271 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Dengue virus NS1 protein. Also, displays reactivity with Dengue virus 3 NS1 protein. However, when paired with Dengue virus 1 NS 1 specific antibody (Clone 912), such combination only recognizes Dengue virus 1 NS1 protein and not Dengue virus 3 NS1 protein. It targets an epitope within 16 amino acids from the wing domain.
