Description
MA1-06401 detects desmin in human, mouse, rat, rabbits, pig, and chicken samples. MA1-06401 has sucessfully been used in Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. By Western blotting, it detects a ~53 kDa protein representing desmin. The MA1-06401 immunogen is desmin isolated from human leiomyoma.
