Reagent used for Tyramide Signal Amplification in IHC, ICC and ISH

Digoxigenin Tyramide is a hapten-labeled tyramide reagent used for Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and in situ hybridization (ISH). It uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to catalyze localized deposition of Digoxigenin Tyramide molecules. Digoxigenin Tyramide is suitable for either fluorescence or chromogenic detection.
