Goat Polyclonal Antibody

In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human DPPA5 is observed and approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse DPPA4 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Involved in the maintenance of embryonic stem (ES) cell pluripotency. Dispensable for self-renewal of pluripotent ES cells and establishment of germ cells. Associates with specific target mRNAs.
