GBiosciences™ SpinOut Micro-Filtration Centrifugal Filter/Concentrator

Description
SpinOUT™ centrifugal filter devices offer rapid and efficient concentration and purification of biological samples. The vertical design allows for rapid sample processing and high sample recovery rate (typically greater than 90% of dilute starting solution), while maintaining gentle conditions to preserve biomolecule activity and conformation. The vertical design minimizes solute polarization and subsequent fouling of the membrane and a physical deadstop in the filter device prevents spinning to dryness, resulting in sample loss. A wide selection of ultrafiltration MWCO devices incorporating a PES membrane provide minimal protein and nucleic acid binding.
