Description

Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machines and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.

  • Lockout multiple breakers at one time and prevent accidental access to panels
  • Easy to install lockout bar attaches to the outside of the breaker box cover screws and is secured with a padlock (included)
  • When secured, the lockout bar prevents removal of the panel cover or opening of the panel box
  • For use on 14 to 20 in. wide breaker boxes
  • Lockout Bar is constructed of sturdy, non-conductive plastic
  • Includes 1 Panel Lockout Bar, 1 Brass Padlock (3 in. clearance, 1.5 in. body height, keyed differently), 3 keys, and 1 Lockout Tag
