Wnt/β-catenin signaling inhibitor; axin stabilizer

endo-IWR 1 is an inhibitor of Wnt signaling. Induces an increase in axin2 protein levels; promotes β-catenin phosphorylation by stabilizing Axin-scaffolded destruction complexes. Promotes endothelial cell specification of cardiac progenitor cells
