Description
Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to an final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. Enterokinase is an intestinal enzyme responsible for initiating activation of pancreatic proteolytic proenzymes. Mouse Anti-Enterokinase Monoclonal Antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified recombinant EK protein (bovine EK, aa848-1035, light chain, 93% homologous with human EK).Mouse Anti-Enterokinase Monoclonal Antibody recognizes EK in Western blots and ELISAs.
