Invitrogen™ EPCR Monoclonal Antibody (LMR-42)

Description
LMR-42 detects an outer-surface epitope of a 55 kDa plasma membrane protein overexpressed in several human non-Pgpmultidrug-resistant (MDR) tumor cell lines. Expression cloning revealed that the LMR-42 antigen is identical to the human endothelial cell protein Creceptor (EPCR). Protein C is the zymogen of the key anticoagulant enzyme, activated protein C (APC).
