Invitrogen™ EphA2 Biosimilar Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA558310

Description
For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °. This antibody can also be cross referenced by the term Sanofi Aventis patent anti-EphA2.
EPHA2 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein tyrosine kinase family. EPH and EPH-related receptors have been implicated in mediated developmental events, particularly in the nervous system. EPHA2 is overexpressed in many types of human cancers. The tyrosine kinase (TK) group is mainly involved in the regulation of cell-cell interactions such as differentiation, adhesion, motility and death. There are currently about 90 TK genes sequenced, 58 are of receptor protein TK (e.g. EGFR, EPH, FGFR, PDGFR, TRK, and VEGFR families), and 32 of cytosolic TK (e.g. ABL, FAK, JAK, and SRC families).
