Invitrogen™ ESRRB Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-315 detects ERR2 from mouse and rat kidney extracts. PA1-315 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~48 kDa protein representing ERR2 from rat kidney extract. The PA1-315 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues D(376) Y E L S Q R H E E P R R(388) of mouse ERR2. This peptide (Cat. # PEP-251) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
